Terms of Participation

The CONTRACTOR is authorized to use, FREE of charge, the image and voice of the PARTICIPANT, individually or jointly with others of the Authentic Pilates International Convention Experience event, for the institutional promotion of its activities, in any medium of communication and at any time of the year, and the PARTICIPANT is not entitled to any kind of copyright or image / voice charges.

THE PARTICIPANT declares to be in perfect health, exempting The Pilates Studio® Brasil and its collaborators from any responsibility during any event during the Authentic Pilates International Convention Experience.

In case of serious illness or accident, the company will refer the participant to the nearest public hospital or in the absence of the latter to the private hospital, with medical and hospital expenses borne by the participant and / or family members.
